Trained in the latest advances in eyecare, Dr. Frohlich helps Professional Eyecare Centers bring a level of vision care and eye health services to Jamestown, Valley City and Carrington areas that no one else can provide.
Graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1998
Graduated Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2002
Completed externships at the Veterans Administration Hospital associated with Case Western University in Cleveland, OH and the Wolfe Eye Clinics in Iowa
Continuing education in pink eye elimination, glaucoma, macular degeneration, laser vision correction and contact lens fit and comfort technology.

Certified in Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT)
Experienced at co-managing surgical patients from cataracts to LASIK refractive surgery.

Dr. Frohlich knows that community pride runs deeper than just his practice of optometric services. He is an active member of several civic organizations to raise the level of community betterment in central North Dakota.
